    Shane Sherwood

    Chief Operating Officer

    Shane Sherwood brings nearly 30 years of fire service leadership and operational experience to his role as General Manager at South Coast Fire Equipment and ReNewell. A former Assistant Chief with the Orange County Fire Authority, Shane has served in every rank from Firefighter/Paramedic to Chief Officer, with expertise in operations, air operations, hazardous materials, investigations, and training. He has also contributed to state and national response efforts as a Task Force Leader with California Task Force 5 and a Plans Section Chief with CAL FIRE IMT 6. Today, Shane leverages his experience to deliver innovative equipment solutions, training, and support to agencies across the fire service.

    Dean Guccione

    Director of Service Operations

    With over 40 years in fire service, emergency vehicle maintenance, and fleet operations, Dean Guccione brings both technical expertise and strategic leadership to ReNewell Fleet Services. He spent 29 years with the Beverly Hills Fire Department, retiring as a Battalion/Division Chief while overseeing apparatus maintenance and fleet readiness. After transitioning to the private sector, Dean supported fire agencies across Southern alifornia in improving fleet operations and service delivery. Today, as Director of Service Operations, he leads ReNewell’s mission to enhance communication, reduce turnaround times, and deliver unmatched customer service. Dean holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Fire Administration.

    Mike Perez

    Warranty & Service Manager

    With over a decade of experience in the fire apparatus industry, Mike Perez is an expert in fleet operations, apparatus management, and lifecycle support. He has worked with municipal, state, and federal agencies across the Western U.S., ensuring their fleets remain reliable, mission-ready, and compliant. A graduate of the California Fire Mechanics Academy with additional training in management and operations, Mike combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver tailored solutions that enhance public safety and fleet performance.

    Allen Sullins

    Warranty & Service Manager

    With over 20 years in the heavy truck service industry, Allen specializes in fire apparatus service, repair, testing, and fabrication. He is an ASE Master Heavy Duty Technician with extensive training in multiplex electrical systems, including Pierce Command Zone. Known for his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to continuous learning, Allen has earned multiple awards for excellence in fleet readiness and customer service. His dedication to safety and innovation makes him a key asset to the ReNewell Fleet Service team.
